I had a very custom design fior my shade sail and it took more back-and-forth than I'd imagined BUT... TBH they caught a mistake in my measurements and double-checked every variable with me before cutting cloth... I was annoyed at the delay(s) but the wait was well worth it. It came out just right (ie: better than I had designed). I will order with them again!

What a great experience of purchasing a custom shade for our pergola with Covers&all. Added hardware
The size was correct and the shape was accurate, but two buckles were added to the A-C and B-D sides that were not ordered. I dont know why they are there. They add weight to the edges and over time those two edges will drop where the buckles are placed, due to their weight. I can send an image if needed.

Incorrect sail received
Disappointingly the sail was incorrect size and finish. Quality of material OK. Raising ticket has not resulted in any communication from the supplier. Please raise this as an issue.

Custom Sun Shade Sail - Square
I assumed they would leave room for mounting hardware no matter what. They did not. The D rings go right to the connection points, so I can't put any tension on them, and they sag quite a bit. I suppose it's my fault for not reading the instructions closely enough, but it's disappointing. Other than that, they look nice, and seem to be quality fabric (I ordered the brown premium fabric). Functionally, they are great. The perfect amount of shade.

Would give 1 star if possible has stretched so much now just looks awful now after a week of being up. Look great when first installed but over a week it has stretched to around 30cm more and now lose and looks terrible The material is just too thin and not fit for use.

Quick & easy to add the dimensions on the site. Good communication before manufacture to double check dimensions. Product arrived early and was exactly as ordered with good quality fittings. Product has performed well. As stated is not fully waterproof and will drip through, but this was exactly what I needed for my application to avoid pooling of water in heavy rain.
